At FunnyMonke, all products are made-to-order or produced in limited quantities using 3D printing technology.
Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exceptions
We will only offer a replacement if:

The product arrives damaged

You receive the wrong item

There is a clear manufacturing defect
If you experience any of the above, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
Custom 3D Prints
All custom 3D printed items are final sale and non-refundable, as they are produced specifically for the customer.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
